SKSTACK_LIB 1.0.2 is released.

*A calculation related to max routers, max children, max depth parametersare not correct. Fixed them.
*An reaction for link down between a node and its parent is improved.
*Added some special informations about tree to beacon payload field responded toactive scan to make a good tree.
