ATcommand isupdated to v1.1
ATcommand v1.1
* A reset procedure of ATRESET command was not sufficient.
* ATPING command is redefined.
* UART input performance is improved.
* SREG 4 and SREG 5 are newly defined.
* A timing of displaying "OK" result is correctly adjusted.
ATcommand 1.1 was totaly refined on ver1.0. Update is strongly recommended.
