ZigBeePRO SDK v1.0
The Zigbee SDK (Software Development Kit) enables users to configure peer-to-peer mesh networks just by working on the GUI (graphical user interface) on a PC without creating new source codes. The SDK supports diagnostics and debugging of peer-to-peer mesh networks as well. Together with the development platforms of evaluation boards, the SDK allows system developers and OEMs to easily develop ZigBee™ prototypes and products.

<Peer-to-Peer Mesh network developing tool>

Node Setting Tool:

This tool allows configuration of the protocol paraments without the need of any C programming.

Sniffer:

Sniffer catches packets in the air, and analyzes the IEEE 802.15.4 frames at the MAC layer. It can also display and store frames and commands, with options to filter by types, and sort by time stamps and transmitter address.

Network Viewer:

Network configuration is displayed real time on the PC which is connected to the coordinator.

Node Monitor/Debugger:

Protocol paramenters in each node are displayed on the PC connecting to the node.

ZigBee RF4CE SDK

ZigBee RF4CE is a wireless standard intended for remote controls of domestic electrical appliances, AV device, and garage door. It enables operations not supported by conventional infrared remote control, such as those demanding “no care about sight” and “bidirectionality utilization”. It is currently the most-watched wireless standard in the domestic appliance industry. Employing ZigBee RF4CE SDK for 78K0R, which Skyley has just started selling, will reduce the required development and evaluation periods for RF remote control software, thus speeding product entry into the market.

Skyley is also about to start sales of the SK Sniffer NEO, an RF4CE-compatible packet analyzer. SK Sniffer NEO supports RF4CE network layer data analysis as well as IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee analysis and display. Connecting an additional three capture devices enables the capture of 15, 20, or 25 channels at one time, thus making the tool well-suited to the verification of RF4CE-specific operations, such as frequency agility and multiple PANs.

Major features of ZigBee RF4CE SDK

1)Offers ZigBee RF4CE V1.0-compliant libraries and header files. *about compliance information e-mail to sales@skyley.com
2)Offers AT commands for ZigBee RF4CE.
3)Includes the SK Sniffer NEO, a ZigBee RF4CE-compatible packet analyzer. *you may purchase an unbundled version of SK Sniffer NEO. more detail e-mail to sales@skyley.com

SimpleNET SDK

This is an ultra-light, small protocol stack conforming to IEEE 802.15.4. It is aimed at RF remote control applications.

Major features of SimpleNET SDK

-Uses as little as 10K of flash memory and 1K of RAM. The required ROM capacity may be reduced further, depending on the compiler being used.
-Because the unit conforms to IEEE 802.15.4 RF, it is compatible with the 802.15.4 standard frame format.
-It has a repeater mode, so that it can be used for relay communications.
-Evaluation-version compilers, which are subject to size restrictions, can be used for development.

*AT commands
Simplified AT commands are available, making it possible to control devices without having to develop programs.
*RF remote control demo programs
Practical program samples are available, which support pairing, vendor ID, joystick-operated remote control, and the saving of settings. Using these samples as a base makes it possible to quickly implement RF remote control.
*Supported devices
Two device types, the TK-78K0/KF2+UZ and 78K0 UZ Stick, are supported. The use of the TK-78K0/KF2+UZ is recommended as it supports the running of RF remote control demo programs.

DECENTRA Advance SDK

This is an SDK (software development kit) for developing and evaluating wireless LAN multi-hop applications.

Viewer

-It contains DECENTRA Advance runtime routines. By running the kit on individual PCs, an ad-hoc network can be configured easily. Existing TCP/IP-based applications will automatically run on the ad-hoc network.
-Using libraries and header files supplied together with the kit enables users to generate their own runtime routines by coding them in C. (Note: The kit does not contain a compiler. It does contain Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 project files, however.)
-The kit contains a network viewer, which can be used to visualize DECENTRA network behavior.
-Also contained is a beta version of exclusive gateway software for connecting DECENTRA-based ad-hoc networks to the Internet.

DECENTRA Advance SDK is supplied with a runtime license for up to 10 terminals. If you are planning an application with more terminals, feel free to contact us. Education packs are available at a 50% discount.
