3.We will ship USBkey and account information that can enter a members page, after confirmation of payment.
4.You may enter a member page and can download a software.

*CD-ROM shipping
Note that Skyley does not ship CD-R package outside Japan.

*Returns and replacements
Skyley takes all possible measures to ensure the safe delivery of our products.
If you find that your product has been corrupted or damaged, contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace it. Note that Skyley reserves the right to refuse to return or replace a product if it has been corrupted or damaged as a result of the actions of the user.
  :Return term/Skyley will accept requests for returns within 7 days from the date on which you receive the product.
  :Shipping and replacement charges/Skyley will pay for the shipping of replacements for defective products and those delivered in error. Users may return such products to us freight collect.

*Payment
Skyley accepts pre-payment by bank transfer to our bank account. Now preparing for Credit card payments.

*Quoted prices
:Quoted prices do not include shipping.
:The prices of products sold through the "Skyley online shop" are subject to change without notice. The sale of these products may be stopped or discontinued at any time.
:After you have placed and completed your order through the "Skyley online shop," you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. The e-mail attaches estimates and invoice and it specify the amount that you are being billed.

Products are delivered by postal EXPACK (within Japan) or EMS (overseas).
  :Shipping charges
   Shipping charges are as follows:

   Within Japan:500 yen
   Asia:900 yen
   Oceania, North America, Central America, and Middle and Near East:1,200 yen
   Europe:1,500 yen
   South America and Africa:1,700 yen

*Shipment
Skyley will ship your order within 7 days of sending your confirmation of payment e-mail. If your order does not arrive within 10 days of the date on which you placed your order, please contact us. (Shipping may be delayed because of the location to which the product is being delivered, the transportation conditions, stock status, and so forth.) Your order can be delivered to you on a specified date provided that date is the seventh or a subsequent day after the day on which you place your order.

Skyley always aims to have sufficient quantities in stock. If, however, an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately by either e-mail or telephone.

9.Order confirmation
After you place your order, you will be sent an e-mail with estimates and invoice later. If this mail does not arrive, please notify us either by telephone or e-mail.

Postal EXPACK (within Japan) or EMS (overseas)

11.Shipment time

After dispatching your order, we will send you another e-mail to notify you that your order has shipped.
